“I don’t understand ” “Who is this?” – Manchester United fans shocked as 25-year-old undergoes medical ahead of potential transfer
Manchester United is reportedly conducting provisional checks on Altay Bayindir, the Fenerbahce goalkeeper, with a view to a potential transfer. The club has been tracking the 25-year-old but wants to assess a back problem he’s facing before proceeding with the move.
These checks are taking place in Greece, and if Bayindir gets the all-clear, Manchester United could pay around £5 million for his services.
However, if any issues arise during the medical tests, the club may explore other options. Bayindir made 40 appearances for Fenerbahce last season, winning the Turkish Cup as the team’s captain. He has also earned five international caps for Turkey, and his talent has garnered attention in the football world.
