The 25-year-old Swedish international has agreed to a three-year contract with a fourth-year option.
Kaneryd, who received the number 19 jersey, said, “I’m thrilled to join this fantastic team!” “I can’t wait to get to know my new teammates and the staff and get to work on our season-long objectives!”
“We’ve been watching Johanna improve over the previous 12 to 18 months, and she had a phenomenal season last year in Sweden,” Hayes said.
She fits the profile player we’ve been seeking since she is really swift, direct, and of a wonderful age. We are eagerly anticipating Johanna’s career with Chelsea and the new dynamic she will bring to the squad.
