After 8 years at Bayern Munich, Poland international Robert Lewandowski has announced his departure.

“Based on everything we’ve seen in the previous several weeks, I don’t see any way to prolong my career with this club.” Bayern is a serious club, therefore I don’t expect them to keep me merely to keep me.”
This summer, Lewandowski has been linked with moves to several of Europe’s premier clubs, including Chelsea.
Czeslaw Michniewicz, the manager of the Polish national team, has stated that he would like Lewandowski to join Liverpool.
At the same news conference, Michniewicz was questioned about Lewandowski’s future and remarked, “I’d want to see Lewandowski at Liverpool since I’m a Liverpool supporter.”
Jurgen Klopp and Robert Lewandowski worked together at Borussia Dortmund, and it’s unclear if Liverpool would be interested in the trade.
