(Video) Mason Mount’s late, powerful strike gives the Blues their first pre-season victory over Club America 

Chelsea defeated Club America in their first preseason game thanks to a late goal from Mason Mount.

However, Chelsea took the lead early in the second half thanks to a goal from Timo Werner. But a few minutes later, Chelsea conceded as Reece James’ own goal for Club America brought the score to 1-1.
Mason Mount, however, saves the day for Chelsea by scoring a beautiful and powerful goal to give Chelsea a 2-1 victory over CF America in the preseason match.

The goal was scored four minutes before the game’s conclusion.
