Rice is reportedly worth over £100 million, and West Ham are desperate to tie him down to a new contract, but the 23-year-old has turned down the latest tempting offer.
Rice has been praised as a player and a person by Hammers star Michail Antonio, who doesn’t mind if he leaves the club.
Rice is already one of the top players in the Premier League, according to Antonio.
