THE WOLVES HAVE INFORMED CHELSEA to PAY £45 MILLION FOR THEIR £33,000-PER-WEEK PLAYER
According to The Sun, Wolverhampton Wanderers have told Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City that they must pay £45 million for left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri.
Chelsea and Manchester City are reportedly interested in signing Ait-Nouri from Wolves during the summer transfer season, according to the Sun.
The Wanderers are willing to trade the French teenager this summer, but only for a high price.
The teenager has piqued the interest of Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel, as well as City manager Pep Guardiola.
RAYAN AIT-NOURI, COULD HE LEAVE WOLVES FOR CHELSEA?
Rayan Ait-Nouri, in our opinion, might join Chelsea if the Blues pay Wolverhampton Wanderers what they want.
Now, £45 million may seem like a lot, but keep in mind that Ait-Nouri is still only 21 years old.
The £33,000-per-week France Under-21 international left-back (SalarySport) would be a long-term investment.
Chelsea are in need of a left-back, particularly one who is young, and Ait-Nouri fits the description.
Last season, the 21-year-old made 20 starts and three substitute appearances for Wolves in the Premier League.
In those games, Ait-Nouri has one goal and two assists.
Even at £45 million, we believe Ait-Nouri would be an excellent signing for Chelsea or Manchester City.
