“Show talent and protect your spot.” – Chelsea star who wants to quit the club is blasted by Tuchel

When the German attacker was bought two years ago for £47.5 million, there were high hopes for him, but he has so far disappointed.
Werner occasionally showed flashes of his explosiveness, but consistency has been his biggest problem.
Thomas Tuchel claims that Werner chose not to risk a slight hamstring injury by sitting out Chelsea’s friendly encounter against Charlotte FC.
Tuchel said, “I’m astonished, I would be extremely delighted as a young kid having a contract at Chelsea Football Team, when asked about Werner’s statements that he may be happy at a different club. One of the world’s happiest individuals would be me.
Werner is still in Tuchel’s plans for the upcoming campaign, but the coach underlined that he must step up by being reliable.
“Show excellence, claim your spot, and protect your place,” said Tuchel. If I had a contract with Chelsea, I would be among the happiest people in the earth. If that’s what he stated, I don’t understand.
