1. Raheem Sterling: £325,000 – Chelsea’s highest-paid player
Raheem Sterling was Man City’s star player, but he just transferred to Chelsea. He had a fantastic season with both the club and the national team. The English international scored four goals in England’s strong Euro 2020 campaign.
The 26-year-old assisted his last club in winning the Premier League title. Sterling was Manchester City’s outstanding performance. He might be a key player for Chelsea as they compete for the Premier League title alongside Manchester City and Liverpool.
2. Kalidou Koulibaly: £295,000 – Chelsea’s highest-paid player
Kalidou Koulibaly joined Chelsea from Napoli during the 2022 summer transfer window. He had a fantastic season with both the Serie A and the national team.
The Blues signed the 31-year-old Senegalese defender to a four-year contract. He is widely considered as one of the top center-backs in the world, having made 317 appearances for Serie A club Napoli. He is the Senegal national team’s captain and a natural leader.

4. Reece James is the highest-paid Chelsea player, earning £250,000 per year.
The Blues academy product made 130 professional appearances in all competitions for the West London club. Chelsea signed James to a new six-year deal, tying him to the club until 2028.
