Inter Milan is set to meet with Romelu Lukaku’s lawyer on Tuesday to discuss the possibility of a return to Serie A, according to Sky Italy.
Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta has stated that the club is “not in a hurry” to bring Lukaku back, but that the club is still interested in re-signing him this summer.
Meanwhile, according to rumors in Italy, Inter Milan has taken the first step in bringing Romelu Lukaku back to the club.
The Serie A heavyweights have now negotiated personal terms with Lukaku, who is ready to accept €7.5 million per year, which is almost half of what he earns at Chelsea, according to Italian media source Gazzetta Dello Sport.
Following the meeting on Tuesday, the two sides are said to have reached an agreement, and Chelsea must now approve the deal this summer.
