The 23-year-old Serbian goalkeeper is expected to complete a transfer to Stamford Bridge for a total fee of £13.5 million, with £12 million upfront and £1.5 million in add-ons.
Chelsea is looking to bolster its goalkeeper options after the departures of Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga, leaving Robert Sanchez as the only senior option.
Petrovic has been described as “absolutely incredible” and will compete for the starting goalkeeper position at Chelsea.
