As a loan agreement nears completion, Romelu Lukaku will return to Inter Milan this season.

Lukaku’s departure will be welcomed by Chelsea supporters, but it appears that his departure will only be temporary, at least for this season.
Fabrizio Romano has outlined the terms of the loan, and it looks that Inter will not be obligated to buy Lukaku at the conclusion of the season-long loan, which means he might be back at Chelsea this time next year, causing the same problems.
