The countless reports that we read everyday claim that Chelsea’s transfer window has resembled a circus.

Chelsea hasn’t added any new players to the men’s team as the transfer window draws to a close, but, according to Portuguese media sources from yesterday night, they will shortly make an offer to hire a new midfielder.

Chelsea is ‘attacking’ Sporting CP midfielder Matheus Nunes, according to the Bola article below, and will make a proposal of €45m + €5m in bonus within the next few hours.
