‘if he plays, we will score’ – Chelsea star revealed one thing Chelsea lacked against Liverpool
Mason Mount, a star for Chelsea, admitted that Chelsea’s final pass was inaccurate during the scoreless tie with Liverpool at Anfield.
“You are aware that coming here will be difficult. Overall, we had a lot of control over it. We had the option to take a chance, Mason Mount said to BT Sport following the game.
“It’s been difficult recently, and we want to win games. We are putting in a lot of effort today, and I feel like things are improving. Without a doubt, we’ll accept this today. If the finishing passes had been there, we might have scored a couple of first-half goals.
But as I stated, coming here is difficult. In the second half, they press you and force mistakes, but I believe we overcame that.
