Ally McCoist, a former Scotland international, has described Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku as a ‘problem’ in the club, believing that the Belgian is behind the rest of the attack.Lukaku has not lived up to his £97.5 million price tag for Chelsea, and McCoist believes that Thomas Tuchel has a rebuilding task at the conclusion of the season.

“I believe losing two cup finals, especially the nature of the Madrid defeat, would be a very good season for a lot of clubs, but I’d call it a dismal season for Chelsea.”
“I think he’s (Tuchel) got greater difficulties at the other end,” McCoist said of Tuchel’s position at the end of the season. His defense has been completely demolished. (Andreas) Christensen and (Antonio) Rudiger are out.
“I’m not going to call it a rebuilding job, but he’ll have to completely reconfigure his defense.”
