“He only touches the ball twice” – Chelsea star blast for touching the ball just twice in World Cup game
Hakim Ziyech, a standout for Chelsea, received harsh criticism from John Hartson for his second-half performance in Morocco’s goalless World Cup match with Croatia.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! When commenting on Morocco’s match against Croatia for ITV, Hartson praised Ziyech, 29, for his performance in the first half.
“Ziyech is quite well-groomed. Delivering the ball to players who are actively engaged in the game is important.
But after Ziyech’s performance for Morocco in the second half, this feeling soon vanished.
“In the second half, I haven’t seen him. He hasn’t even touched the ball,” Hartson said of Ziyech, whom he had previously lauded.
Do you remember when I told you that Ziyech had gone off earlier? I simply haven’t seen him, but I believe he has touched the ball twice.
