Great News, Kylian Mbappe respond to Chelsea transfer message
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Mbappe received a communication about a potential transfer to Chelsea, and several European clubs are monitoring the PSG scenario.
For Paris Saint-Germain, Kylian Mbappe let his play speak for him, scoring in Tuesday night’s 1-1 Champions League draw, but there are still concerns about his future.
Since information about the 23-year-desire old’s to leave France surfaced earlier this year, he has been the subject of strong transfer rumours. Before his team’s match against Benfica, he once again stole the show as Marca reported that the World Cup winner was still desperate to go.
Real Madrid has been assumed to be Mbappe’s next stop for a while, but Marca reports that he won’t be joining Los Blancos, alerting observers from other top teams that might sign the superstar next summer.
One of those teams is Chelsea, who have already worked with Mbappe. Given Todd Boehly’s desire to make a statement signing for the team and the links to Cristiano Ronaldo, the Blues may be in the running to become Mbappe’s next club.
Mbappe has become dissatisfied at PSG despite only signing a new contract earlier this year, but his goal-scoring continues to wow. He has scored eight goals in nine league games and four goals in four Champions League games, therefore he is not deterred by the rumours.
Rio Ferdinand, though, asked Mbappe to address the problem in a message before he entered the field to face Benfica. Kylian, come to me and talk to me, we talk a lot, Ferdinand remarked. “Simply come to me, and we’ll have a one-on-one conversation in flawless English. Let’s finish this, put an end to all the rumours, and resume playing football.”
The speculation about Mbappe’s future will intensify and spread as time goes on. It’s debatable if the France international would be a good fit for Graham Potter’s team. Rafael Leao’s failed audition over two legs for Chelsea has provided clear evidence that his work rate off the ball has been questioned.
Boehly and Chelsea will be one of many teams waiting in the wings, according to French football expert Julien Laurens, who claimed that the club would be one of many options, with the forward looking for a footballing and financial project to join next. Any decision on his future will likely have to wait since the winter World Cup is still to be played.
