Chelsea has been looking for a new manager since the club unexpectedly fired Thomas Tuchel as manager.
Earlier today, we learned that Brighton’s management gave Chelsea permission to speak with Graham Potter, who appears keen to take over as manager at Chelsea. However, he gives one condition that must be met before he agrees to join Chelsea.
His condition was that he want to be assured that he will not be fired for no reason, as Tuchel was. He also demanded to know who his Sporting Director would be.
Still, I believe that Thomas Tuchel should never have been fired as Chelsea manager and that Todd Boelhy made a huge mistake. We don’t know if the sack was more political than football-related.
