German media sources claim that Chelsea and striker Christopher Nkunku of RB Leipzig have reached an agreement for the latter part of the current campaign.
According to other reports, Nkunku underwent a medical with Chelsea in secret.
Marco Rose, the manager of RB Leipzig, has, however, denied any truth to the rumors that Christopher Nkunku has already signed a contract to join Chelsea.
At a news conference on Tuesday, the German coach stated, “It’s conjecture; we don’t comment on it.”
“We are not, we are not,”
When asked about Nkunku, Chelsea manager Graham Potter followed a similar course of action.
When asked if he had anything to say on the Nkunku transaction, Potter responded, “No, as I stated previously, my answer is that I don’t comment about players who aren’t Chelsea players.
“If you have any questions on any Chelsea players, I’m more than delighted to answer them.
“But Brighton experienced the same thing. You are connected to many other players, and there are many different names. And when you’re at a club like Chelsea, you can only imagine how it escalates.
But I won’t talk about anybody else; I’ll just talk about Chelsea players.
