Following the most recent Sevilla price tag, Chelsea makes a key Jules Kounde transfer decision.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! Thus, we find ourselves in the same situation as last year, with Chelsea and Sevilla locked in a standoff over Jules Kounde and a move seemingly on the horizon.
This time, things looked to be moving more smoothly, but the Blues are only ready to accept an offer of €55 million, according to the Spanish publication Sport.
Currently, Sevilla is asking for €65 million. Both positions are steadfast.
The good news for Chelsea is that Barcelona, who was Kounde’s main rival, opted against raising their offer as well. They have more constraints than just symbolic ones since they are in a worse financial position than we are.
The footballer wants to leave Seville after being held there for a year longer than he had anticipated. His club is probably the first to blink.
Or we could just put in a bid for $60 million and split the difference.
