Because the Nathan Ake deal fell through, Chelsea has made plans to sign Sevilla star Jules Kounde.

Kounde is still a target for Chelsea, but they will have to outbid Barcelona for his services.
After having their initial offer for Jules Kounde rejected by the La Liga club, Chelsea reportedly made another attempt to sign him.

However, Further reports claim Chelsea are seemingly confident that they will strike a deal for Kounde.
Reports also claim that Kounde is already searching for a house in London, and is more open to a Chelsea transfer.
