Chelsea’s star’s father has warned that his son might follow Rudiger out of the club at the end of the season
Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen are poised to leave Chelsea at the end of the season, but who else may join them?
Christian Pulisic has appeared in 34 games for Chelsea this season, with only 17 of those appearances being starts.
Pulisic’s Chelsea career has been a roller coaster, with the American displaying flashes but failing to establish himself as a reliable starter.
Pulisic is presently trailing Timo Werner in the starting lineup for the club, and he can’t seem to breakthrough.
His father, Mark Pulisic, was not pleased that he was used as a second-half replacement against Everton.
Mark Pulisic, Pulisic’s father, has hinted that his son may quit Chelsea at the conclusion of the season.
“The unfortunate thing is he loves this club, teammates, and London…. pours his heart and soul into becoming a pro,” Mark Pulisic tweeted after the game against Everton.
“It’s all uphill from here, my kid…
“It’ll be a big six months ahead.”
Pulisic is under contract with Chelsea until 2024, and the £58 million acquisition has yet to realize its full potential with the club.
