Chelsea “top first” to sign €40million powerhouse + personal terms agreed

Kalidou Koulibaly, a defender for Napoli, is reportedly close to signing a transfer deal with Chelsea, according to rumors.

Journalist Fabrice Hawkins claims that the Senegal international is “very close” to agreeing to a €40 million transfer to Stamford Bridge.

Nathan Gissing writes that Thomas Tuchel chose the Serie A center-back over Sevilla star Jules Kounde after talks between Chelsea and Koulibaly’s agency.
