Chelsea has officially announced their third signing of the January transfer window
“Vasco da Gama, a Brazilian football club, has announced that 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos will be transferred to Chelsea. The transfer fee has not been disclosed, but it is rumored to be £13 million. It is expected that Santos will either join Chelsea’s development squad or be loaned out for more playing experience.”
