“Am sorry, I need to apologise” – Cole Palmer reveals why he had to apologise to his manager after Arsenal draw

The relationship between Cole Palmer and Mauricio Pochettino is expected to be quite strong at the moment. I went to throw the bottle away, as you do, but didn’t look. I just saw it loop slowly and hit the gaffer. I said sorry to him and apologized properly after the game. Hopefully, he won’t drop me for that!”
It’s likely that Pochettino will understand the momentary lapse in frustration and appreciate the subsequent apology. Both Palmer and Pochettino are likely to be more concerned about the points dropped in the game than this light-hearted mishap.
