Chelsea has had a very insane transfer window so far, and they are still said to be involved in a number of highly important transfers for elite players.
Yesterday, there was a lot of interest in Leeds United’s Raphinha, a winger, and within a short period of time, the clubs had settled on a price.
The defensive target list has since included players with names like Matthijs De Ligt and Milan Skriniar. But just now, we’re learning more about a different elite defender with whom Chelsea had already been linked, including once more early in this transfer window.
However, Kalidou Koulibaly, a defender for Napoli, has revived interest from Chelsea, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, and his agency is now in contact with Chelsea personnel from London.
Di Marzio claims that De Lige and Skriniar’s excessive asking prices have pushed Chelsea to enquire about Koulibaly because of the Napoli star’s lesser asking price considering that his contract has one year left on it.
I don’t think this is very “forced,” what a player!
