Chelsea’s Technical and Performance Advisor Petr Cech has announced his resignation from the post.

Cech assumed the position three years ago, and the group has praised him for strengthening the ties between the first team and youth systems.
Speaking on his leaving, Cech did, however, state that it had been an enormous honor to serve Chelsea in this capacity for the previous three years. I believe that because the club is now under new management, it’s time for me to retire.
Cech has a lengthy history with Chelsea since from 2004 to 2015, he was the best goalkeeper at Stamford Bridge.
The 40-year-old is happy with the club’s current state as a new era is only getting begun after a challenging start to 2022.
The club is presently in a great situation, he stated, and he is optimistic in the future prosperity of the organization both on and off the field.
The new chairman and owner Boehly reiterated that Cech made the decision to go, saying: “Petr is a crucial member of the Chelsea family. We respect his choice to leave and express our gratitude for his efforts as an adviser, his dedication to the club, and our neighborhood. We want the best for him.
Boehly is preparing for a significant summer of investment to enhance Thomas Tuchel’s team in addition to changes off the field. The club has been connected to Cristiano Ronaldo and Matthijs de Ligt.
