Gavi dropped by to see his teammates in action and was warmly welcomed by Ronald Araujo, Alejandro Balde, and Ferran Torres.
Although Gavi has not yet rejoined training due to his extended time off after representing Spain in the Nations League Final Four, he took the opportunity to visit the training session.
Barcelona’s international players are set to resume training on Tuesday as they prepare to embark on the club’s pre-season tour to the United States. Xavi, the club’s manager, is reportedly planning to take a sizable squad with him on the tour, which will include both young players and those on the fringes of the first team.
Among the players expected to be part of the squad are Clement Lenglet, Franck Kessie, and Nico Gonzalez, despite ongoing transfer speculation. Lenglet has been linked with a move to Tottenham, while Kessie has attracted interest from Saudi clubs and Juventus. Nico Gonzalez’s future is also uncertain, as his father has revealed that he has received offers for the player during the summer transfer window.
