Reports suggest that Chelsea is seriously interested in the 21-year-old Crystal Palace midfielder, and they are close to agreeing on personal terms with him.
Chelsea’s strong relationship with Olise’s family, as he spent several years in their academy and his younger brother Richard is currently in the club’s youth ranks, is believed to be a decisive factor in the transfer battle against Manchester City and Arsenal.
The France Under-21 international is rumored to have a release clause in his contract at Crystal Palace, and Chelsea is said to be able to sign him for just £35m.
