Mbappe has been the subject of a lucrative bid from Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal, but he is not interested in leaving Europe. If he rejects the move to Al-Hilal, PSG may look to send him out on loan to a club that is not competing in the Champions League next season, such as Chelsea or Tottenham.
PSG is determined to offload Mbappe this summer to avoid losing him on a free transfer when his contract expires next summer. Chelsea must be proactive and position themselves as potential suitors for the French striker if he rejects the move to Saudi Arabia.
