According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea has mutually terminated the contract of left-back Baba Rahman. After the termination, Rahman is expected to join Greek club PAOK, bringing an end to his injury-plagued eight-year tenure at Stamford Bridge. The 29-year-old is reportedly in advanced talks to make a move to PAOK on a free transfer.

However, he has struggled to establish himself at the club, making only 23 appearances for the Blues. Throughout his time at Chelsea, Rahman has been loaned out to various clubs, including PAOK, Reading, Mallorca, Reims, and Schalke.
If Rahman finds success at PAOK and the Greek club qualifies for any European competition, Chelsea could potentially earn additional payments based on the terms of the transfer.
