Osimhen has led Napoli to a 13-point lead over Inter Milan at the top of the Serie A standings this season with 16 goals in 17 league games.
Chelsea is willing to spend everything it takes to capture the 24-year-old Nigerian striker, who Napoli expects to receive offers of more than €120 million for this summer.
