Enzo Fernandez has been assigned to Chelsea Medical
The possibility of signing the highly-rated midfielder, who earned the FIFA Young Player Award after Argentina won the World Cup at the end of last year, is fantastic news for Graham Potter’s team.
Taking into account that the 22-year-contract old’s includes a £105 million release clause, the Blues have been seeking to conclude a deal for him.
Benfica has finally given Enzo Fernandez permission to have a physical in Portugal as he moves closer to a world-record transfer to Chelsea.
According to David Ornstein, there is “heightened optimism” that a settlement may be reached between the two parties; hence, the young person has been permitted to undergo a medical just in case an exit is imminent.
Chelsea ramped up their efforts to close a deal last Monday. Enzo Fernandez appears to be on the verge of joining Chelsea, and a physical is scheduled.
Additionally, it appears that their ideal player might start playing football at Stamford Bridge very soon.
AMAZING SUCCESS FOR CHELSEA
Regarding the Argentina, there is no disputing that the asking price is astronomical, especially in light of the fact that he joined with Benfica in January.
Enzo Fernandez, one of the most talented young midfielders in the world, is currently scheduled to have a physical with Chelsea.
The former River Plate prodigy are as complete as they come, endowed with exceptional playmaking skills and a rare knack for snatching up any signs of danger.
The young player’s arrival is a wonderful coup given that Jorginho is expected to join Arsenal in a midfield that has been severely lacking in inventiveness.
