According to reports, Noni Madueke will sign a huge long-term contract with Chelsea.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Madueke is reportedly close to signing a seven-and-a-half-year contract to join the squad at Stamford Bridge from PSV Eindhoven.
After PSV decided to let the winger depart for £30 million, the 20-year-old is about to become a Blue for good.
The Premier League team will have signed their sixth player this month once Chelsea makes the announcement.
David Datro Fofana, Andrey Santos, Benoit Badiashile, Joao Felix, and Mykhailo Mudryk were already bought by Todd Boehly and his group in January.
Mudryk’s arrival undoubtedly outperformed his other new hires financially.
His departure from Shakhtar Donetsk came with a hefty £88.5 million price tag and an eight-and-a-half-year contract.
The main purpose of this is to disperse the expense of the attacker’s transfer over time.
But it’s also Boehly’s strategy for developing for the future, one he’s adopted with almost all of the most recent recruits.
Noni Madueke will be Chelsea’s newest face.
Santos’ contract expires in 2028, Badiashile’s in 2030, and Fofana’s in 2029.
Additionally signed until 2028 are Gabriel Slonina and Carney Chukwuemeka, who were both acquired in the summer.
A significant commitment for a player who is still relatively new to the senior game, Madueke will reportedly be committed to Stamford Bridge until 2030.
Hopefully, his lucrative contract will be justified by goals, assists, and overall success for Chelsea.
Graham Potter really needs that right now, I tell ya.
