Omari Hutchinson and Lewis Hall have been called up by Chelsea manager Graham Potter for their Carabao Cup match against Manchester City on Wednesday night.
Since his summer return from Arsenal’s academy, Hutchinson has yet to feature for the senior team.
Comparatively, Hall made his first-team debut in the FA Cup in January.
For their travel to the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, Potter will make changes to his team.
Hutchinson is in the squad, the Chelsea manager remarked in response to a question on Tuesday.
Lewis Hall is on the team; they made an impression.
They’ve been working out with us for a while, and as young players, they have some good attributes that we just need to foster and help them develop. They will, nevertheless, be a part of the squad.
