Chelsea fans react to Thomas Tuchel against RB Salzburg with Graham Potter impression
During the first half of Chelsea’s match against RB Salzburg, fans demonstrated their sentiments towards former manager Thomas Tuchel.

It comes a little over a week after Tuchel was fired by the club following a poor performance against Dinamo Zagreb in the group stage opening. Potter, like the German coach before him, was unable to influence anything of Chelsea’s fortunes throughout the first 45 minutes.
With the Queen also being honored with a minute of silence and a solemn walk to the ground by the away fans, there was another moment of appreciation in the 21st minute, this time for Tuchel.
Chelsea fans had previously opted not to release the enormous Tuchel banner that had been created for him last season, and in a pre-planned display of gratitude to Tuchel, Chelsea fans rose up to congratulate the Champions League winning coach, also shouting his song, “we’ve got amazing Tommy Tuchel.”
It occurred after an early stretch that echoed portions of Croatia’s lacklustre performance, with gobs of possession but little offensive substance. Chelsea got as near as they had all half during the Tuchel minute but fell short once more in the final third.

Potter’s tactical versatility was on display as Marc Cucurella switched between wingback, fullback, and center-back, while Raheem Sterling’s wide position differed from the central forward one Tuchel deployed him in. Despite these changes, and in a strange homage to the prior manager, not much changed on the field.
