Ben Jacobs of CBS reports that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly could make a risky attempt to bring in Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich.

The seasoned attacker, who has scored an incredible 344 goals in his eight years at the Allianz Arena, is apparently the target of Chelsea’s plans to ruin Barcelona’s pursuit of him.
The 33-year-old, who is under contract with the Bundesliga champions for one more season, has made it clear that he wants to leave the company.
Since the Nou Camp just made an offer to recruit him, Lewandowski’s preferred transfer looks to be there.
The Mirror reports that Lewandowski is also open to relocating to Stamford Bridge, where Thomas Tuchel is apparently rushing to expand his striker options in light of Romelu Lukaku’s return to Inter Milan.
Boehly may propose to relocate Jacobs to west London, and Jacobs wouldn’t be too surprised if it happened.
He stated to GIVEMESPORT that Chelsea would be afraid of a “Raphinha repeat,” in which they would agree to a sum only to discover that Lewandowski was still awaiting Barcelona.
“It wouldn’t surprise me, though, if Boehly moves forward and we see another fast bid, with money up front, to try to price Barcelona out of the market,” the author said.
