Chelsea is now going through a thorough organizational restructure as a result of the departures of Bruce Buck, Marina Granovskaia, and Petr Cech. The new-looking board’s first name is Tom Glick, who seems destined to be appointed.

Glick has a plethora of experience, having previously worked as an executive at Manchester City and served as chief executive of Derby County FC from 2008 to 2012.
It is thought to “remain unclear” whether Glick would maintain the job of chief executive at the west London club.
He served as president of the NFL franchise Carolina Panthers most recently.
I believe Todd Boehly, one of Chelsea’s co-owners, made the right option in hiring Glick since he can now take use of Glick’s experience garnered through competing at the top level.
