Chelsea is close to completing a £35 million deal for Sterling, according to Di Marzio.

Sterling was dropped from Man City’s starting lineup in the 2021/22 season, with Pep Guardiola opting for alternative options.
With City’s offense being bolstered, Sterling’s status at the club next season is in jeopardy.
Last season, the 27-year-old winger started just 32 games in all competitions, scoring 17 goals and adding nine assists.
Chelsea is yet to make a choice on Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, or Timo Werner.
Last season, Pulisic, Ziyech, and Werner all had limited responsibilities at the club, and the three appeared to be in and out of the lineup.
Chelsea are rumored to be interested in selling Romelu Lukaku this summer.
Inter Milan and Chelsea are in talks for Lukaku, and a deal is anticipated to be reached shortly.
