After the game, Sancho shared his thoughts on making his Chelsea debut. He said, “First of all, it’s amazing to make my debut for Chelsea. Just being back playing, I’m very grateful. The team played very well, and we’re happy with the three points.” He also expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from his new club, adding, “I’ve been working hard for this moment, and I’m just happy to have had my chance. Enzo Maresca’s Praise for Sancho

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca also spoke about Sancho’s role in the team. “I said when we signed Jadon that we were looking for another winger, similar to Noni [Madueke]. Noni gives us one-on-one situations, creates chances, and scores goals on the right side. We wanted the same kind of presence on the left with Jadon,” Maresca explained. “We have Mischa [Mudryk] and Pedro playing there, but having both gives us great options.”
